European Union trade mark and design bulletins to be published on 27, 28, 29 and 30 December
The Office will continue to publish European Union trade mark and registered Community design applications even during its official holidays.
On 27, 28, 29 and 30 December, our users will be able to access the EUTM and RCD Bulletins from the EUIPO search engine eSearch plus.
Please note, however, that this does not in any way affect the time limits for the processing of European Union trade marks and designs, which remain exactly the same. For more information on time limits, read our Guidelines for trade marks and Guidelines for designs.
A quick way of checking if your application has been published is to run a basic search in our search engine eSearch plus, using your EUTM application name or number or your Community design application number.
