EUIPO performance update
EUIPO is pleased to publish the 2017-Q2 results for timeliness, quality and accessibility.
A new visual layout has been introduced to help users easily understand the evolution of the indicators and to improve the usability of the Service Charter webpage. Furthermore, all the details on Service Charter indicators can be accessed through a link to a document on the right-hand side of the webpage.
The Office is continuously committed to improve the quality and timeliness of its decisions. Actions were, and continue to be, taken to improve the quality of EUIPO products. In the next few months, the Office will be implementing several corrective and preventive actions.
