Today 14 May, Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/625 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/626 enter into force. Both acts are the same as the legislation that they repeal (EU 2017/1430 and EU 2017/1431, respectively) but the new acts cross refer to the new codified EUTMR (EU) 2017/1001 and they contain some stylistic changes.
