This week the Northern District of California added a reinforcement, tapping Fenwick & West patent litigator Virginia DeMarchi to succeed Magistrate Judge Howard Lloyd when he retires this summer. DeMarchi is the second consecutive Big Law patent attorney picked for an MJ position in San Jose.
