A questionnaire was developed under the auspices of the EU funded project “ReCreating Europe – Rethinking digital copyright law for a culturally diverse, accessible, creative Europe (Grant Agreement No. 870626). The questionnaire is led by the research team of the University of Trento. The questionnaire aims at investigating the impact of intellectual property rights law, particularly copyright law, on the practice of digitising cultural heritage by Galleries Libraries Archives Museums (GLAMs).
