The last week of April is just about to start, and through whatever Spring weather you may be experiencing here you can find some interesting events to hold you over until May.  

OxFirst’s FRAND Royalty Rate Determination – Tuesday 25 April

The webinar will consider the topic related to how to determine FRAND royalty rates in relation to Standard Essential Patents. The discussion will be led by Daniel Lang and Jeffrey Blumenfeld in relation to the approaches taken to royalty rate calculation in different jurisdictions. The Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) is organising a series of events over the next several months (so far ahead there is even a Christmas event scheduled!).

Nottingham Lecture – Rules relating to professional privilege – Wednesday 14 June
