Last night, I attended a program titled BYO Lawyer: Employment & Intellectual Property Issues in the Food & Restaurant Industry, a panel on the culture of the kitchen. The program was held at the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law’s FAME (Fashion Arts Media & Entertainment) Law Center in Manhattan.
