Following a recent upgrade aiming to improve the quality of our website search functionality, we are currently experiencing problems with searching Decisions of the Boards of Appeal first identified on 22.06.2023, at 17:00.00. Our teams are working to fix them as soon as possible.
The main problems encountered are as follows:
Searching by a case number yields more than just the relevant results
Occasionally, some PDF links may be broken
Moreover, you may see your results sorted by date rather than by relevance, especially if you reach the search page via old bookmarks. To avoid this, use the sort field dropdown menu to sort by relevance, and replace your bookmark with the new URL.
