The EPO is pleased to announce the addition of legal text archives to its website. The inclusion of the archives fulfils a long-standing request from users.
The archives cover all available editions of the European Patent Convention, Guidelines for Examination, National law relating to the EPC and Case Law of the Boards of Appeal. Many of the texts are available for the first time in digital form.
