Vacancies 
Tilburg Law School is looking for a Post-doctoral researcher with expertise in platform regulation, to work on a legal research project studying how to protect the autonomy of individuals and businesses vis-à-vis digital giants in a data-driven society. The contract is full-time and runs for two years. The position is open until December 6, 2020.

King’s College London has recently opened the IP Legal Clinic and it will be holding its launch webinar on November 26. At the event, speakers (which include student advisers of the clinic) will present an overview of intellectual property rights and of their infringement, as well as talk on innovation regulation and venture funding.
