Tilburg Law School is looking for a Post-doctoral researcher with expertise in platform regulation, to work on a legal research project studying how to protect the autonomy of individuals and businesses vis-à-vis digital giants in a data-driven society. The contract is full-time and runs for two years. The position is open until December 6, 2020. 

On December 10, Cleveland Scott York will hold a webinar on “Budgeting for a Successful Patent Portfolio”. Participation is free, but the registration is required following this link. 

King’s College London has recently opened the IP Legal Clinic and it will be holding its launch webinar on November 26. At the event, speakers (which include student advisers of the clinic) will present an overview of intellectual property rights and of their infringement, as well as talk on innovation regulation and venture funding. The inDICE project invites you to fill out the IP Evaluation Survey, which aims at understanding the place of intellectual property rights in the operation of the Cultural Heritage Institutions, with a particular focus on their operations in the innovative digital environment.
