The EU Commission is conducting an evaluation of the implementation of the EU Trade Mark Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1001). The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the implementation of the Regulation, the legal framework for cooperation between the EUIPO and the intellectual property offices of the Member States, including the Benelux Office, and the work of the EUIPO. With this call for evidence, the Commission is consulting the general public and stakeholders. The period for feedback runs from 7 November 2022 to 5 December 2022.
