The Organisation of the Iberian-American States (OEI) is offering 4 scholarships for postgraduates and 1 for a researcher on intellectual property law. The scholarships are addressed at people resident in the countries of the OEI. The deadline is the 1 June 2023. More details (in Spanish) here.
Call for Papers
The Journal of Law, Market & Innovation is accepting submissions for issue 3/2023 of the Journal on the topic of Torts and Innovation, namely how the rules and policies of tort law affect innovation. The call for papers also includes any topic related to “law, market and innovation”. The deadline is set for the 14th April and it is possible to find more details here.
Job Opening
Durham University is looking for an Assistant Professor in Intellectual Property Law. The key responsibilities will include: high quality research, relevant teaching and relevant research supervision and contribution to the ongoing curriculum development.
